Fire protection
The Broszeit fire protection programme provides you with a high-performance fire protection programme for interior applications. Our non-combustible Grenamat fire protection panels are made of the natural raw material vermiculite and can resist temperatures of up to 1,200 degrees. Due to their open-pored structure, they also have a sound-absorbing effect and achieve good values in terms of thermal conductivity.
Features
The non-combustible Grenamat fire protection panels can be easily processed with common tools and woodworking machines and are certified according to DIN EN 13501–1 A1 or DIN EN 13501–1 A2-s1,d0 (Grenamat AL/AL light) or according to IMO for shipbuilding (Grenamat A/A light).
Areas of application
Structural and decorative interior finishing, wall covering, ceiling covering, furniture construction, shipbuilding, protection of metal structures, lift shafts and ventilation shafts.

Non-combustible fire protection panels for structural and decorative interior fittings
Grenamat AL/ AL light are non-combustible fire protection panels made of vermiculite which are certified according to DIN EN 13501-1 A1 or DIN EN 13501-1 A2-s1,d0. The panels are made of the naturally occurring raw material vermiculite and can withstand temperatures of up to 1200° C. Grenamat AL/ AL light are used as non-combustible panels in structural and decorative interior finishing to protect existing metal constructions from fire and heat. As wall or ceiling coverings in the area of escape routes or as non-combustible wall coverings in lift shafts. In addition, the panels can be used to protect ventilation shafts or in highly sensitive areas in terms of fire protection. A positive property of the vermiculite board is that a good sound-absorbing effect can be achieved due to the open-pored structure. In addition, the panels have a positive effect in terms of thermal conductivity. The panels can be processed without any problems using standard tools and woodworking machines. -
Non-combustible fire protection panels for structural and decorative interior work
Grenamat AL / AL light are non-combustible fire protection panels made of vermiculite that are certified according to DIN EN 13501-1 A1 or DIN EN 13501-1 A2-s1, d0. The panels are made from the naturally occurring raw material vermiculite and can withstand temperatures of up to 1200 ° C. Grenamat AL / AL light are used as non-flammable panels in structural and decorative interior work to protect existing metal structures from fire and heat. As wall or ceiling cladding in the area of escape routes or as non-flammable wall cladding in elevator shafts. In addition, the panels can be used to protect ventilation shafts or in highly sensitive areas with regard to fire protection. A positive property of the vermiculite plate is that the open-pored structure enables a good sound-absorbing effect to be achieved. In addition, the plates have a positive effect on thermal conductivity. The panels can be processed without any problems using common tools and woodworking machines. -

Moisture-resistant, fire retardant and non-structural MDF board with no added formaldehyde for industrial processing and interior applications The MDF board is manufactured without added formaldehyde resin.
A high density MDF board with a hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface. characterised by extremely low formaldehyde emissions (no added formaldehyde-based resins) The Air Resource Board (ARB) has confirmed (n N-18-177) that Fibralux MR FR NAF is an MDF panel without added formaldehyde resin (Section 93120.3 of the ATCM "Airborne Toxic Control Measure”). This means that the formaldehyde emission is below 0.04 ppm (90% of the tested material) with a maximum of 0.06 ppm for each individual measurement. Furthermore, it is exempt from testing and certification for compliance with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Fibralux MR FR NAF is hardly flammable (ASTM E84 Class A/ Class 1 rating for thicknesses 9 - 30 mm and European fire reaction classification B), has a significantly delayed combustion and does not contribute to flame spread. For all available thicknesses (from 6 to 30 mm), Fibralux MR FR NAF is B-s1-d0 certified (EN 13501-1). -
