Fire protection
The Broszeit fire protection programme provides you with a high-performance fire protection programme for interior applications. Our non-combustible Grenamat fire protection panels are made of the natural raw material vermiculite and can resist temperatures of up to 1,200 degrees. Due to their open-pored structure, they also have a sound-absorbing effect and achieve good values in terms of thermal conductivity.
Features
The non-combustible Grenamat fire protection panels can be easily processed with common tools and woodworking machines and are certified according to DIN EN 13501–1 A1 or DIN EN 13501–1 A2-s1,d0 (Grenamat AL/AL light) or according to IMO for shipbuilding (Grenamat A/A light).

Grenamat AL/ AL light are non-combustible fire protection panels made of vermiculite which are certified according to DIN EN 13501-1 A1 or DIN EN 13501-1 A2-s1,d0. The panels are made of the naturally occurring raw material vermiculite and can withstand temperatures of up to 1200° C. Grenamat AL/ AL light are used as non-combustible panels in structural and decorative interior finishing to protect existing metal constructions from fire and heat. As wall or ceiling coverings in the area of escape routes or as non-combustible wall coverings in lift shafts. In addition, the panels can be used to protect ventilation shafts or in highly sensitive areas in terms of fire protection. A positive property of the vermiculite board is that a good sound-absorbing effect can be achieved due to the open-pored structure.
