Fire protection
The Broszeit fire protection programme provides you with a high-performance fire protection programme for interior applications. Our non-combustible Grenamat fire protection panels are made of the natural raw material vermiculite and can resist temperatures of up to 1,200 degrees. Due to their open-pored structure, they also have a sound-absorbing effect and achieve good values in terms of thermal conductivity.
Features
The non-combustible Grenamat fire protection panels can be easily processed with common tools and woodworking machines and are certified according to DIN EN 13501–1 A1 or DIN EN 13501–1 A2-s1,d0 (Grenamat AL/AL light) or according to IMO for shipbuilding (Grenamat A/A light).
Areas of application
Structural and decorative interior finishing, wall covering, ceiling covering, furniture construction, shipbuilding, protection of metal structures, lift shafts and ventilation shafts.

Highly structured U7 chipboard (P6) with a highly fire-retardant (Bfl-s1), non-slip (R10) and wear-resistant (AC4) surface and a strong fire-retardant (B-s1, d0) underside with tongue and groove system. Flameshield U7 Supreme Deluxe TG is suitable for dry conditions in service class 1 and is mainly used for mezzanine floors. -

Highly stable, flexible plywood with Ceiba core. All thicknesses are available in lengthways and crossways. The panels are CE certified according to the European standard ECC 89/106. This has been checked by an independent organization (Bureau Veritas). Our flexible plywood can be used in many different areas such as hotel receptions, in trade fair construction, furniture construction, shipbuilding, etc. The exterior 1 gluing of the flexible plywood distinguishes it from other plywood available on the market. -

Adhesive paste for gluing between vermiculite panels
Grena adhesive paste is suitable for applications with temperatures of up to 1200 °C. Please note that Grena glue paste is a water-soluble adhesive and the components must be protected accordingly. Grena glue paste can be used, for example, for gluing between vermiculite boards on edges or areas. Please refer to the processing guidelines.
