Low formaldehyde, moisture-resistant particle board
Hydrolis LF+ is an MUF-glued, moisture-resistant chipboard with low formaldehyde content, suitable for industrial processing in furniture and interior applications. This board only displays minimal expansion and swelling under the influence of high atmospheric humidity. These boards are easy to saw and particularly suitable for applications in service class 2 (limited temperature and atmospheric humidity) and biological hazard classes 1 and 2 of EN Standard 335-3. In terms of formaldehyde emissions, they also comply with both German ChemVerbotsV legislation and the requirements set by the California Air Resource Board (CARB - Stage 2) and EPA (TSCA - Title VI). -
Low formaldehyde chipboard for high-quality interior and furniture applications.
Belspan LF+ panels have a strong, screw-in core and are very suitable for industrial processing in furniture and interior design. The chipboard P2 with reduced formaldehyde content is suitable for use in dry conditions (service category 1) and complies with both the German ChemVerbotsV legislation in terms of formaldehyde emission and the requirements set by the California Air Resource Board (CARB - phase 2) and EPA (TSCA - Title VI). Belspan LF+ is sustainable and made from >95% recycled wood. -
Tongue-and-groove board for floors and walls in dry environments
Qualirack chipboard with tongue-and-groove joints on four sides can be used for both structural and non-structural applications in dry conditions. The toothed profile ensures high stability and simple installation. This makes it possible to nail or screw the panels blind. This board is suitable for use in service class 1 (limited temperature and atmospheric humidity), and only in biological hazard class 1 of EN Standard 335-3.
