PU honeycomb core sandwich elements
Composite elements with PU honeycomb cores as base core can likewise be pressed in with various top materials. As with PU hard foam boards, it does not matter whether it is sealed with 3 mm thin MDF and coated with high-gloss acrylic, or coated directly with thin plywood – the high flexibility of our press virtually knows no limits.
Foam sandwich elements
Composite elements with PU foam boards as base core can be pressed in with various top materials. Regardless of whether it is sealed with 3 mm thin MDF and coated with high-gloss acrylic, or coated directly with thin plywood – the high flexibility of our press virtually knows no limits. The low bulk density of approx. 35 kg/m3 is for all applications requiring a low bulk density. This is especially required for vehicle construction, shipbuilding or railway engineering.
The first individual brand of the Broszeit Group, broAcryl is a high-gloss acrylic board for use in furniture construction. These composite boards are mostly MDF bases coated with broAcryl. This product is an alternative to Senosan surfaces that have been on the market for years. The difference to other high-gloss acrylic products is mainly the gloss level of the boards because that of the broAcryl boards is clearly higher.

HPL / CPL
HPL or CPL composite elements are available with many different decors and dimensions. The main difference to other manufacturers is clearly the flexibility and gluing of our press. The system can glue a board with maximum dimensions of up to 3200 x 2100 mm! We use polyurethane (PU) glue as standard. It is waterproof and very flexible when it comes to gluing any kind of base materials.
